I’m Paul Mac and I’m on a quest to evolve the conversations we’re having (or not having) about the future of leadership – because our organisations (and approaches to how we identify, recruit, onboard and develop leaders) aren’t successfully preparing us for the future.
We’re overlooking the kinds of leadership capabilities we need to prepare for the future – recent estimates from Gallup suggest that the cost of voluntary turnover each year in the US alone is $1trillion and rising.
It also costs your organisation between 213-400% of each leader’s base salary to replace that leader.

I’ve been working in this field for over 5 years – this program is the summary of a range of more in depth programs that have taken almost 2 years to develop.
