We deliver excellent leadership training. Our involvement can range from facilitating team-events and individual coaching sessions, through to residential courses supported with coaching and full access to our award-winning online learning platform. Our larger courses can be accredited by the Institute of Leadership with graduates getting 12 months’ membership of the Institute on completion of their training with us.

People enjoy our courses and our courses lead to positive change (which is why our clients stick with us for years). We are experts in leadership development, our founder literally wrote The Leadership Book, and WE WILL IMPROVE LEADERSHIP IN YOUR ORGANISATION.

We present leadership in simple terms that you’ll find easy to understand and easy to apply and we use cleverly designed Experiential Leadership Projects (ELPs) to create where you can try out the theory. We also build in lots of reflection-time our courses, so positive changes can germinate and grow, and we usually coach people after the course to help them implement change.
