The leadership theory cards present key leadership theory ideas – with simple graphics and explanatory text presenting the most useful leadership and team development theory that managers need to know, including ‘The Performance Equation’ , Bruce Tuckman’s stages of team development, and the communication pyramid.
The theory cards are designed so you can download and print, but they can also be used as the basis of a slide-deck presentation. When we run courses we hand out the cards as aide-memoires for students.
