Heidi Dawson
Heidi is a Learning and Development professional with a passion for teaching the practical side of Leadership and Management. She started her career within a FTSE 100 company in 2000 where she worked for 21 years.
During her career there, Heidi climbed the promotional ladder into management before moving to a central L&D area within Human Resources in 2011. Gaining qualifications as a facilitator, consultant, coach, MBTI and Belbin Practitioner allowed Heidi to become an ILM Level 7 Tutor, Marker and IQA.
Heidi has experience in creating and implementing leadership development and performance management programmes, which she has delivered in India and Canada as well as the UK. She is a strong believer that Leaders should be given the opportunity to learn the practical elements of leadership which you “don’t get taught” when you are first in post.
