How to use the Course. This is obviously completely up to you, but we suggest you take time to digest and apply each lesson. Many people learn better if they have a partner to learn with, or a mentor or coach they can discuss ideas with. Although you could easily complete all the videos in a relatively short period of a few hours, you would gain more from the experience by approaching it mindfully and slowly, taking the time to practice, apply and reflect as you progress through the course.
