The Course Host. Neil Jurd OBE is the author of The Leadership Book and founder of Leader-Connect the online learning and leadership training organisation. A former army officer, he has led soldiers on operations around the world, and spent two years teaching leadership at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
