Jez Benton is the CEO of Canvas, a transformative learning,
leadership, and culture change community. Putting people at the center of systemic change and transformation.  He has spent the last 25 years in the learning and  development industry working with a wide range of clients across all sectors.

Jez is a practicing CEO in the leadership, talent management, culture change, and innovation space. He designs award-winning programs aligned to strategic drivers, core business issues, and business/culture transformation. He is an executive coach and facilitator. Jez excels at building trust and forming long-term partnerships with client’s where talent and leadership development are key drivers of business growth.

Jez is an adventurer/mountaineer/Everest Summiteer and he combines his passion for leadership and mountaineering on “Route to the Top“. The video podcast features interviews with business and industry leaders who share their own “route to the top” as they hike mountains around the world.
