Adrian is a well-respected leader in the field of enterprise and charity consulting, with a track record of turning struggling organisations into nationally acclaimed bodies. A Cambridge graduate, Adrian started her career at a top UK public relations consultancy before transitioning to social enterprises. His work has earned recognition from the Department of Trade and Industry and the Bank of England, and he has contributed to numerous national and regional publications.

Adrian holds advanced qualifications in business advice and coaching and is a fellow of prestigious institutions, including the RSA. He is committed to ethical business practices and is accredited by the Good Business Charter.  Adrian is also a LEGO Serious Play Practitioner and a signatory to the Charter for Inclusive Entrepreneurship and the Armed Forces Covenant.
