The Programme designed by Neil Jurd OBE and delivered with the assistance of Glyn Potts MBE DL and Vicki Maguire PCC has been an outstanding success.
The article written by freelance journalist Mike Glover explores the role of leadership in improving schools’ performance. Good leadership training can actually save money over a relatively short period by reducing staff turnover and absence by helping to create a positive environment for all. In turn, this will lead to improved pupil performance which is what all schools strive to achieve.
