We are very proud to share that Leader Connect – Leadership Development has attained the Gold Award in the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme, the highest recognition for employers supporting the Armed Forces community.
This award marks an important milestone in our Armed Forces Covenant journey, having progressed from signing the Covenant in 2023, Bronze in 2024, Silver in 2025 and now Gold recognition.
