Our second on-line Leadership Development Course for BDP is now in full flow.
The delegates have received their initial one-to-one coaching sessions and recently had their second central session with Neil. The theme of the session was “Leading Teams and Organisations” with an emphasis on the “helicopter” model style of leadership. More coaching sessions to follow and a 360 feedback assessment.
