On Monday morning we started our Leadership With Purpose Programme with Dallam School.
The Headteacher, Steven Henneberry MCCT introduced Neil Jurd OBE – author of ‘The Leadership Book’ and one of the UK’s leading leadership coaches – to the school’s 21 members of the extended Leadership Team to launch the programme.
This is a transformational investment in people and culture. Over the coming months, every Dallam leader will receive:

✅ Individual coaching and psychometric feedback
✅ Access to the Leader Connect online learning platform
✅ Accredited membership of the Institute of Leadership
Dallam will be among the first schools in the country where every extended leadership member is formally accredited – a powerful statement about the value that they place on professional growth, empowerment, and excellence.
