Our second Sheffield University Leadership Development Programme started last week with an on-line launch session. The session talked through the delegates what to expect from the Programme and how it would be delivered.
Over the next year, the 12 delegates will undergo a challenging but enjoyable Programme which includes personal coaching, full access to the Leader-Connect video library, group residential sessions and a 16 Personality Factors (16PF) Assessment.
