Neil is the founder of online leadership learning platform Leader-Connect and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Honorary Teaching Fellow of Lancaster University Management School. He is a former British Army Officer who led a Gurkha Squadron in Iraq, led a small training team in Yemen, served in Sierra Leone and the Former Yugoslavia, and spent two years teaching leadership at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
