Cumbria Chamber of Commerce hosted its first leadership conference on Tues 8 Apr 25.
The event brought together speakers and businesses in the area, to share insights and practical tools for building and leading teams.
The conference was opened by Neil Jurd, the bestselling author of The Leadership Book and founder of Leader-Connect.co.uk.
Neil broke down the concept of leadership into learned skills and qualities, highlighting the importance of authenticity. He said: “The only way you can lead effectively is just be yourself.”
