New Podcast Available – Leadership and ‘the unrelenting pursuit of excellence’ with Dean Stott

Dean Stott served in the UK’s Special Force until a parachuting accident in 2011 forced him into retirement. Cue a career as a security consultant working for presidents and the Royal family. He’s learnt his skill as a leader in the most hostile environments – extortion, kidnapping and civil war , all scenarios that Dean has successfully navigated.  He now excels as an adventurer and world record holder, having cycled solo along the longest motorable road in the world ‘The Pan American Highway’, becoming the fastest person to cycle the 14,000 mile route. He is also DS on SAS Australia.

Despite leading a life less ordinary Dean’s wisdom and advice is absolutely relatable and like many of us he too suffers from imposter syndrome and a deep routed fear of failure.
