We currently have 2 Leadership Development Programmes running and the delegates are really enjoying the mix of learning; on-line coaching sessions, 16 Personality Factors Assessment, Leader-Connect access and attending the Residentials.
The Residentials are particularly popular as it gives delegates the opportunity to put some of the theory into practice and to work in a teams.

Module 1 was brilliant! I really didn’t know what to expect – or even how I would respond to the module. I didn’t approach it with any scepticism, but I had no idea I would take as much as I did from it.
The way Marcus and Paul are able to reflect on different leadership styles (acknowledging that there is not correct way) helped me to understand my own qualities, and focus on my strengths!
I genuinely returned from the residential buzzing (can’t think of a better word!) and full of ideas, and that was something I hadn’t expected to happen prior to the activity.
