About The Instructor
Neil Jurd OBE is the founder of Leader-Connect and author of The Leadership Book, a highly rated, best-selling guide providing a simple, step-by-step approach to effective leadership for all levels, from new team leaders to CEOs.
A former army officer, he has led teams on operations around the world and taught leadership at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. His approach is practical, clear and grounded in real experience — focusing on how leadership works in reality, not just theory.
