Leader Connect is very proud to have attained the Bronze Award of the Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).
The ERS recognises the efforts of Company’s to support the Armed Forces and Veteran Communities. A number of Leader Connect staff have military backgrounds and we have utilised Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers to carry out work on our behalf.
