Charlie Peschardt is a consultant, coach and podcaster with over 20 years experience as a leader and team member in environments where pressure is everywhere, decisions matter, and outcomes have real-world consequences.
A former Royal Navy commando helicopter pilot, disaster / crisis management specialist, and a sustainability professional, Charlie has worked in the private, public and non-profit sectors across 5 continents and now lives in the British Virgin Islands.
He has navigated a lot of uncertainty and change across his personal and professional life, and has extensive experience leading, advising and coaching senior teams and individuals on strategy, operations, and resilience.
