Great News for Dallam School!
Dallam School has been shortlisted for the The Institute of Leadership’s Leadership Live 2026 Awards, in the Innovation with Impact category.
Over the past year, 21 of their senior and middle leaders have undertaken a Leader Connect – Leadership Development programme hosted by Neil Jurd. Their team has grown together, challenged one another and has become an increasingly confident, purposeful leadership team.
The impact of the programme can be seen in their data, heard in staff voice and, most importantly, felt in the culture of the school.
