A great start to the New Year as our Leadership Development Programme continued with the Dallam School Extended Leadership Team.
This is the first of 2 full days of training and builds on the coaching sessions that took place in late 2025. We are very certain that this course will have a very positive effect on an already impressive and committed group of teachers who will achieve Membership of the Institute of Leadership (MIoL) on successful completion of the course.
It was great to welcome on board for Glyn Potts MBE DL and Vicki Maguire PCC to help facilitate the course. Both are no strangers to Leader Connect – Leadership Development as they already have content on our site but it is the first time that they have joined us to deliver a course.
Thank you to all Dallam School and Steven Henneberry MCCT for hosting us! We are looking forward to the next day in April when it will hopefully be a bit warmer.
