Chris is a former teacher who now designs, delivers and assesses leadership development programmes at various scales across various domains. He has a doctorate in leadership self-efficacy and am fascinated by the complexities of leadership and the interplay of its strategic, operational and interpersonal elements.

 
Chris has had an amazingly crazy life which has included 6 years of solo travel around the world, a teacher of the year award, two ironman triathlons and a wife and two great kids.

 
He is currently lead professional development across 35 schools in the South West of England and does keynotes and write articles Nationally and Internationally.
