“How To Lead A School” by Glyn Potts MBE DL is now available and is designed to assist Head Teachers in navigating their first year in post.
Glyn has a wealth of experience in this sector having been the Head Teacher of one a large secondary schools in Oldham. The course is 10 short videos covering keys areas and Glyn refers to the principles contained in Neil Jurd OBE‘s “The Leadership Book”.
