It’s been a couple of weeks since our latest Book club session at Inspirational Group where I had the privilege of discussing TheLeadershipBook with author & Leadership expert Neil Jurd OBE.
I’m not going to lie, it was a pretty self indulgent conversation relating the principles within his book back to coaching but it felt like the pages were screaming at me “Here is the connection, THIS is why a coach approach is so important”
You can lead from wherever you stand and this book wholeheartedly brings that to life.
