How to use the Course. This is obviously completely up to you, but we suggest you take time to digest and apply each lesson. Many people learn better if they have a partner to learn with, or a mentor or coach they can discuss ideas with. Although you could easily complete all the videos in a relatively short period of a few hours, you would gain more from the experience by approaching it mindfully and slowly, taking the time to practice, apply and reflect as you progress through the course. Please contact us if you would like to work with one of our coaches or leadership development experts.
The Course Host. Glyn Potts, MBE DL, is the CEO of Greater Manchester Youth Federation. Glyn brings extensive leadership experience, including leading a large secondary school and managing hundreds of adults in voluntary roles. His leadership philosophy is rooted in clarity, trust, and empowerment—principles he has seen transform teams and communities. This matters because leadership isn’t about titles; it’s about creating environments where people thrive.
