During our 2 month residential, you will be treated to challenges to get you thinking. Our team of experts will offer engaging activities to help you think and learn what it takes to be a great leader. Over the 6 month period, there will be 2 modules based around content from The Leadership Book. The modules can follow a standard format, or be adjusted to suit your budget and need.

The residential modules of the course are popular with delegates and highly effective. The engaging nature of the course means more hands on learning, which allows leaders to understand the effects of what they are being taught. By spanning the learning between two 2-day residential courses over six months, your leadership team can feedback on what they have put into practice what they have learnt and ask any questions they may have during the second course. They can also get feedback on their approach in a more personalised way.

Feedback and Psychometric Tools
We use a bespoke 360 feedback tool based on The Leadership Book. We also have a 180 feedback tool to deliver competency feedback, and use psychometric tools to provide unbiased feedbak, the tools we use include Myers Briggs and 16 Personality Factors. Feedback is delivered by our expert team.
