Your Personality Style:

**Expressive**

Expressives enjoy connecting with others and may be described as enthusiastic, energetic, and sometimes impulsive.
You’re collaborative, sociable, and often lead by building emotional momentum in teams.

What Your Personality Position Means

Your relative position on the grid, which we call your anchor point, will give an indication of the strength of your preferences, but you may have to work in a way that demonstrates qualities and behaviours associated with other positions on the grid. So a Driver may at times have to consider detail better suited to an Analyst, and an Amiable may have to encourage or inspire others in a way that would be more comfortable for an Expressive. Now you have your anchor point – does it feel right? What are the strengths and limitations of your position on the grid, and what could you do to redress the balance?

And what about other members of your team – why not send them a link to this test, and then compare your positions on the grid. Remember there is no ‘right’ profile. We would suggest that teams generally perform better when they have a mix of characters from across the spectrum, and in the best teams there is a high level of mutual understanding between people with different preferences.
